I am motivated to learn when a teacher is really enthused in their teaching style. I also feel more motivated when the teacher uses different activities to get student involved, for example PowerPoint games is a good way to engage with students. Normally I have to be interested in the topic in order to pay attention. Motivation comes from within you have to want to learn.
